Dobson Village is a 9-acre condo office development located on the Northeast corner of Frye and Dobson Roads in the City of Chandler (C.O.C.), Arizona. The design required using specific planting species, hardscape themes, and lighting standards. The project's entry plaza is designed with accent paving with large shade trees and flowering under story plantings to create a focal point for the project and provide an inviting space for visitors. The landscape architects designed and coordinated multiple conceptual designs with the client, design team and the C.O.C. during the preliminary site plan approval process. Additionally, the design team prepared the schematic, design development and construction documents, and technical specifications for the project, as well as providing construction administration services.
