Spring Mountain Office Suites is a 4.5-acre DFD commercial development located on the northeast corner of El Camino and Spring Mountain roads in Clark County, Nevada. The project incorporated native, low water-use plants and trees. The planting areas were designed to capture the roof run-off for water harvesting. The landscape architects designed and coordinated multiple conceptual designs with the client, design team, and Clark County during the preliminary site plan approval process. Additionally, the design team prepared the schematic, design development and construction documents, and technical specifications for the project.
