Apex Solar Power Project – Nevada

EPG was contracted by Fotowatio Nevada Solar to assist with permitting associated with the Apex Solar Power Project in Clark County, Nevada. The Project is a proposed 20-megawatt, photovoltaic solar power facility located entirely on private land within the Apex Industrial Park in the City of North Las Vegas. It also includes a generation tie-in line that crosses 1,100 feet of BLM-administered lands. EPG conducted cultural and biological surveys across the entire Project area. EPG also developed an Environmental Assessment for the generation tie-in line, as well as assisted Fotowatio Nevada Solar determine and obtain needed permits for the Project. EPG continues to assist in all aspects of environmental compliance for this Project.
